Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager based in the Company’s headquarters in Kifisia.
Role Description:
· Handling of Marketing Authorization new applications (MAA), variations, and renewal procedures in EU/Non-EU through MRP, DCP, CP, NP
· Communication with Authorities and any third party (e.g. client, partner, ASMF holder) for successful registration of the projects
· Dossier life-cycle management/Appropriate archiving
· Review of Quality Part of the dossier (Module 3)
· Review batch manufacturing documents, on-going stability results, process validation protocols and reports needed for dossier compilation as well as for identifying any regulatory impact for marketed products
· Compilation of Module 2-3 of a dossier intended for submission
· Preparation of Module 1 documentation for all MA applications
· Use of eCTD manager for regulatory submissions
· Compilation of scientific responses to deficiencies (DCP, CP and national) raised by regulatory agencies worldwide
· Good knowledge of EU regulatory legislation
· Monitor and review EMA and ICH guidelines with regards to quality aspects of a pharmaceutical product
Qualifications:
· Degree holder in Life sciences: Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or similar scientific disciplines
· At least 3 years of experience in CMC field
· Master’s/PhD is considered an asset.
· Oral and written communication in English in proficient level
· Team working spirit.
· Ability to manage varied tasks with attention to detail.
· Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Organization and time management skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Advanced Computer skills (word, excel, ppt etc)

Pharmaceutical (OTC) Sales representative
Bennett Pharmaceutical industry, an 100% Greek company, leader in pharmaceutical market, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmaceutical (OTC) Sales representative based in Thessaloniki.
Main responsibilities
• Maintain & develop the clientele in his/her areas of responsibility (achieving agreement, taking orders, etc.)
• Implement different selling strategies to achieve sales & market shares targets in his/her areas of responsibility
• Perform all the necessary reporting to internal stakeholders regarding the evolution of any crucial KPIs.
• Excellent product’s detailing, effectively informing pharmacists regarding syntheses, competitive advantages and proper use
• Excellent knowledge of the category & the competition to create effective argumentation when needed
• Correct and on-time execution of all internal processes applicable to the division (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly visit programs, etc.)
• Being responsible for any requests coming from the clients regarding in-store activations, materials etc.
• Forward to internal stakeholders, any complaints coming from the clients within the specified time limits
Qualifications
• University degree preferably in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.), Business Administration or Economics.
• Min 5 years of field/sales experience.
• Sales Experience in Healthcare Market will be considered as a strong asset.
• Assertive, result-oriented & self-motivated professional with strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to set priorities & manage multiple stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of English (oral & written), native Greek language.
• Team player who pursues both individual & team goals.
