We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the Company’s headquarters in Kifisia.
Role Description:
- Engage in comprehensive pipeline analysis, using market reports and information to identify gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities in current and future trends.
- Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Evaluate the market potential of specific products within therapeutic categories, addressing gaps and opportunities in domestic and specific international markets in the current pipeline.
- Conduct thorough reviews of the pharmaceutical market landscape and potential opportunities, identifying portfolio options per agreed strategy.
- Prepare and present business cases for selected products to support decision making.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various partners to ensure a sustainable portfolio.
- Active participation in pharmaceutical business development, portfolio, and partnership conferences.
- Monitor and report to the Chief of Strategy on new business development activities and various projects, preparing reports and presentations for communicating sales progress, results, and business activity.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant Business Development role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences.
- MBA/MSc will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command (written and verbal) of English language and proficient knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills along with strategic thinking.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Team working spirit.
- Knowledge of local regulatory affairs regulation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
